Julia is originally from Waterford, Connecticut, where she first discovered her passion for real estate. While assisting her mother in opening and managing several successful hair businesses, she also helped her grandmother buy, sell, and remodel investment properties. She later moved to Southwest Florida to pursue a career in real estate—just without the snow.
