Kristen Kappock

While residing in her home state of New Jersey, Kristen quickly learned that real estate was something that she would make a career of due to personal experiences and several of her own transactions.

In 2019, real estate led Kristen to follow her dreams and make the move to beautiful Southwest Florida which drew great professional success.

Kristen has a profound understanding of Real Estate contracts and has a sincere interest in making sure that closings are quick, efficient, and smooth the whole way through.

Kristen makes it her personal goal to treat each transaction as if it were her own and prides herself on being proactive, organized, and with exceptional communication. 

Outside of real estate, Kristen can be found soaking up the sun at the beautiful Southwest Florida beaches, dining at the local restaurants, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, family, and friends. A favorite indoor hobby of Kristen’s is having the inner chef come out that allows her to take advantage of her beautiful kitchen.
